What could a word or music might look like if you moved it? These classes gives us the opportunity to become the sounds, going beyond ourselves into all the qualities of poetry or music.  

Eurythmy is a unique artform created by Rudolf Steiner, it has branches in the performative, the pedagogical and the healing realm. The gentle, rhythmic movements of Eurythmy are achievable for all. 

In these classes we will work with rhythms, gestures for vowels and consonants, copper rods, and wooden balls. Come and experience meaningful and joy filled movement that enriches body, soul and spirit! 

No prior Eurythmy or dance experience necessary. All bodies and abilities are welcome. 

Classes may also be arranged for a therapeutic purpose.
